IN CASE OF EXCHANGE

The order usually takes 7-10 working days to reach all the metros and tier 1 cities, however for some pin codes it might take a little more time. In case of delay please write to us nostrumfashion2008@gmail.com

You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID and phone number. Besides, we will further notify you once it is dispatched from the warehouse.

In case the order does not get delivered within 7-10 working days, you can write to us at nostrumfashion2008@gmail.comWe will do our best to get it delivered at the earliest.

We do not charge any additional handling fee for returns. We do not accept exchange requests at the moment.

At the moment, we do not deliver items outside India. However, you can make a purchase from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.

Currently we don’t offer Cash on Delivery as an option.

Once you place an order, we don’t have an option of editing that particular order. You will not be able to add or remove products from your order. You do have an option to raise another order on us, if you want to add or remove any products. Don’t forget to cancel your earlier order if changed.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmatory email id. We will start packing up your order and start the delivery process. At every stage of this process we keep you posted on the latest action from our side.

At times it may take us more than 24 hours to update the status on your order, once it is placed

If for any reason the amount gets debited and we have not confirmed your order, please write to us about the same at our

In case the amount is not paid to us for a failed order by your bank, the bank itself will roll back the payment. For this you need to contact your Credit / Debit Card issuing Bank.

Simple, go to your “My account” section and select the order that you want cancelled. Please note that you will not be able to cancel the order partially.

If your products have been shipped you, we will not be able to cancel your order.

This is not possible once the order is placed. However, we encourage you to raise another order on us, in case you need anything more.
